Triplly Terms of Service & User Agreement

Welcome to Triplly. By accessing or using the Triplly website, mobile application, or related services (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Triplly.

1. About Triplly

Triplly is a travel assistance and community platform operated by Deepak Kumar (“Triplly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Triplly helps travelers by providing:

• travel-related information,
• destination insights,
• budget guidance,
• travel assistance through chat features,
• trip discovery,
• access to travel groups organized by travel companies or individuals,
• private group trip creation features,
• itinerary and media sharing tools,
• ratings and reviews,
• communication features between users.

Certain features may only be available through the Triplly mobile application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Triplly.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement,
• all information provided by you is accurate,
• you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Nature of the Platform

Triplly acts only as an intermediary platform that connects travelers, trip organizers, and travel companies.

Triplly:

• does not organize trips directly unless explicitly stated,
• does not own or operate hotels, transport services, or tour operations,
• is not a party to agreements made between users and organizers,
• does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or success of any trip or travel experience.

All financial transactions, agreements, and arrangements between users and trip organizers are solely their own responsibility.

4. Payments & Financial Responsibility

Payments made for trips, bookings, or travel-related activities are handled directly between users and organizers/travel companies unless otherwise stated.

Triplly is not responsible for:

• payment disputes,
• failed refunds,
• scams,
• hidden charges,
• cancellations,
• organizer misconduct,
• financial losses,
• payment delays,
• offline transactions between users and organizers.

Users are advised to independently verify all organizers and payment arrangements before making any transactions.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining account confidentiality,
• securing their login credentials,
• all activity occurring under their account.

You agree not to:

• impersonate others,
• create fake accounts,
• misuse another person's identity,
• provide false information.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• post fraudulent or misleading content,
• create fake trips,
• harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others,
• engage in illegal activities,
• upload harmful, explicit, hateful, or abusive material,
• spam users,
• attempt unauthorized access to the Platform,
• distribute malware or malicious code,
• scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of access.

Where reasonably possible, Triplly may provide users an opportunity to appeal moderation or enforcement decisions.

7. User Generated Content

Users may upload:

• trip photos,
• videos,
• itineraries,
• reviews,
• descriptions,
• chat content,
• other travel-related material.

Users retain ownership of their content.

Triplly will only use user-uploaded content for promotional or marketing purposes with the user’s consent.

By uploading content, users confirm that:

• they own the content or have permission to use it,
• the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Triplly reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Private Trips & Community Features

Users may create private or public trips and interact with other travelers through chats, group systems, and community features.

Triplly does not verify the identity, intentions, safety, or conduct of all users or organizers.

Users interact and travel with others at their own risk.

9. Travel Risks & Liability Disclaimer

Travel involves inherent risks.

By using Triplly, you acknowledge and accept risks including but not limited to:

• accidents,
• injuries,
• illness,
• theft,
• fraud,
• trip cancellations,
• delays,
• transportation failures,
• accommodation issues,
• weather conditions,
• natural disasters,
• political instability,
• visa or passport issues,
• disputes between travelers and organizers.

Triplly shall not be liable for:

• personal injury,
• death,
• property damage,
• emotional distress,
• financial losses,
• travel disruptions,
• actions of organizers or other users.

Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance and independently verify travel arrangements.

10. AI & Travel Assistance Disclaimer

Triplly may provide automated or AI-assisted travel recommendations, suggestions, or informational responses.

Such information is provided for general assistance purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

Users should independently verify all travel-related information before relying on it.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Triplly takes reasonable measures to protect user data and privacy.

However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• certain information may be stored and processed for operational purposes,
• data may be shared with essential service providers where necessary,
• Triplly may comply with lawful government or legal requests.

A separate Privacy Policy may further explain data practices.

12. Intellectual Property

All Triplly branding, logos, interface designs, software, content structure, and platform features are owned by Triplly or its licensors.

Users may not:

• copy,
• reproduce,
• distribute,
• reverse engineer,
• commercially exploit,
• scrape Platform content

without written permission.

13. Suspension & Termination

Triplly reserves the right to:

• suspend accounts,
• remove content,
• restrict access,
• terminate services

for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Where appropriate, users may be notified and allowed to challenge or appeal decisions.

14. Third-Party Services

Triplly may contain links or integrations with third-party services, websites, payment providers, or travel businesses.

Triplly is not responsible for third-party:

• services,
• policies,
• transactions,
• content,
• failures,
• actions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Triplly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

16. Changes to These Terms

Triplly may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
